Vizio has virtually slipped under the radar when it comes to the HDTV market. They have never been considered a leading brand despite the fact that their televisions provide the same quality, and sometimes better, than the leading competitors. Because Vizio price their televisions lower than the big brands they might be considered by some to be ‘budget’ TV’s. Another Amazon.com customer noted how well the Vizio HDTV 37″ functions as a computer monitor: “This Vizio is an excellent LCD monitor, now I got more than I had anticipated”. If you are looking for a bright, sharp and relatively large sized computer monitor then the Vizio 37″ is a great choice. It will also work just as well as an entertainment TV.
